We have been working to ensure that in the event of a data sync error, the message displayed to you is understandable and that it's clear what action needs to be taken. We have now done this for the most common sync errors and we’ve now opened up the error messages so all users can view them.
Your 'last sync error' button will appear when a sync error occurs. Simply click on the button as indicated below for more information.
Please note, if the error message contains sensitive information, such as API keys, these will remain visible only to Admin users.
