Directly in the "275 U - Investment deduction" Template
Both the one shot and the spread investment deductions can be entered directly in the "275 U - Investment deduction" template. This template is part of the Corporate Tax workflow. The amounts entered here will automatically flow into the Tax calculation.

Via the "Investment and Depreciation Table" Account Template
Additionally, you can use the "Depreciation and investment table" account template for accounts starting with the number 2 to facilitate the data flow.

For new investments (those with a date in the current fiscal year), a checkbox is added in the '275U' column. In this column, you can indicate for each investment whether it should be included in the "275 U - Investment Deduction".

When you check the box for a specific entry, various dropdown menus appear at the bottom of the "Depreciation and investment table" template for that entry. These menus allow you to determine the type of investment deduction.

This ensures that the correct amount is automatically transferred to the "275 U - Investment Deduction".

Please note: Once you have checked the "275U" box for any of the accounts starting with 2 within a file, it is no longer possible to manually adjust the "275 U - Investment Deduction" template within that file. This restriction is in place to ensure that the working papers remains consistent with the tax return.
As long as the "275U" has not been checked for any of the accounts starting with 2 in the specific file, the option to manually fill in the "275 U - Investment Deduction" remains available within that file.
