How do I use and configure Tax Return Information? (NL) - (FR)

Starting tax year 2024, any configuration of templates from the Corporation Tax package must be done via a new interface provided specifically for this purpose. This can be accessed via the firm-level menu (Templates -> Client configurations -> Workflow configurations -> Corporate tax).

There are two selection fields at the top of the form: tax year and mapping list. These determine when the configuration applies. Once the configuration is entered, you do not need to do anything for future tax years; the templates will always use the values of the most recently adjusted tax year.

Below the selection fields are the configurable fields, listed by template in the order of appearance in the package. These are usually account selections ('#' symbol in the templates). Multiple accounts (or groups of accounts) can be entered if separated by a comma (no spaces in between). To enter a range of accounts, you can also use the abbreviated notation using two underscore ('_') symbols, e.g. 120__123 for all accounts starting with 120, 121, 122 & 123.

If you are using the standardized BE Silverfin Mapping list, you will see that certain fields contain a default value; this is the auto-configuration defined by Silverfin. You can also overwrite these fields using the method described above or deactivate them if you wish by entering a dash ('-').
