In Silverfin, you can manage document visibility for Pulse users (clients) by setting folders to either public or private. Public folders allow Pulse users to see the documents inside, while private folders keep documents hidden from clients. This article explains how to manage the settings to ensure the right documents are accessible.

  • No red eye icon means the folder or document is public and visible to Pulse users.

How to make a folder private?

If you don't want documents to be visible to your client you'll need to add them to a folder and be sure to make that folder private.

  1. Click on the name of the folder.
  2. Click 'Actions' button, then select 'Make private'.

This will ensure that the documents are hidden from your end client.
