How to create a periodic To-Do
With period-specific To-Dos, you can generate unique tasks for the current and upcoming periods, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
You can create tasks for either:
- Current Period: Changes apply only to the current period.
- Current and Following Periods: Updates take effect for both the current and upcoming periods. A unique task will be generated for each new period.
How to remove a periodic To-Do
To remove a periodic To-Do, click the remove button and select one of the following options:
- Current period: Remove it only for the current period.
- Current and following periods: Eliminate it for both the current and upcoming periods.
- Following periods: Keep it for the current period but remove it from future ones.
How to show Notes until a certain period
When adding a note, you can choose between two options:
- Current Period: Your note or to-do only appears for the current period, ideal for specific reminders.
- Pinned: This replaces the ‘all periods’ option, allowing your note to stick around for all periods while giving you control over when to hide it. It's also applicable to To-Do's. You can also pin a To-Do.
How to remove a pinned Note or To-Do
If you wish to remove a pinned Note or To-Do, click the remove button and choose one of the following options:
- All periods Remove it for all periods.
- Current and following periods: Eliminate it for both the current and upcoming periods.
Both To-Do's and Notes can only be removed or edited by the users who created them.
