As an admin, you have the ability to reset a user's 2FA when needed. This process sends a new QR code to the user, enabling them to set up their authentication app again.
Steps to Reset Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Navigate to the user’s profile at the office level.
- Click 'Reset Authentication'.
After resetting, remind the user to delete the old Silverfin account from their authentication app. This will help prevent any confusion when they set up the new 2FA.
