If your Silverfin synchronisation with Exact Online has been interrupted—perhaps due to revoked access rights or an expired connection—don't worry; your data remains safe, but the sync needs to be re-established.
To restore synchronisation, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the 'Syncs' tab at the firm level within Silverfin.
- Identify and click on the specific sync that requires reconnection.
- Click the 'Reconnect' button associated with the selected sync.
- You will be redirected to the Exact Online login page. Enter your credentials to re-establish the connection.
Once these steps are completed, the synchronization between Silverfin and Exact Online will resume automatically.
