How can I Import the  external file into Silverfin?

There are two methods to import files into Silverfin:

Option 1: Manual upload in Silverfin
You can export data from an accounting software in Excel format and manually upload it into Silverfin. This method offers flexibility, as you can review and edit the data before importing it.

  2. Click the button 'Upload file'

Option 2: Synchronisation
For accounting software such as Xero, Sage50, or QuickBooks, you can automatically synchronise data with Silverfin.

  2. Click the button 'set up automatic sync'


Using external files in Silverfin

Once the data is imported, you can work with external files in the same way you would with internal ones. You can make adjustments in Silverfin without affecting the original bookkeeping records.
