How do I access the office level ?

You can easily access the office level by clicking on the Silverfin 'S' logo located in the top-left corner of your screen.


What do the different buttons on the 'Office level' mean?

Users

Here, you can find an overview of all users within your Silverfin environment. Clicking this button will display a distinction between staff and external users. There are two types of external users:

  • Pulse users
  • External contributors

Pulse

This section allows you to configure various Pulse settings, enabling you to decide what information you want to share with your clients through Pulse.

Styles

At the office level, you can determine how your export bundles will appear to your end clients. 

Templates

This section provides an overview of all templates available for use within your office:

  • Client configurations: Includes client types, workflows, workflow working screens, checklists, and more.
  • Reports: Here, you can set up report templates to define the appearance of your reports. These can later be adjusted at the file level for unlocked reports.
  • Permanent Texts: Access all active documents within your office environment.
  • Reconciliations: Contains all templates used to explain multiple accounts collectively, such as fixed assets, leasing & loans, VAT balances, etc.
  • Account Templates: These account details specify how each account should be explained.

Advanced

Find various office settings here, including your Silverfin office environment name, default language, default style, default account template, and more.

Use this button to search for files you have access to within Silverfin. 

My Inbox

This section houses all your personal communications. 

Insights and Triggers

Use this button to access the data of all files in an overview, search in a targeted manner for files that meet specific criteria, and receive notifications about certain situations.

Syncs

Here, you can find the synchronisations established between your Silverfin environment and your accounting or administrative  packages.

Invoices

In this section, billing users can access and review the invoices related to your Silverfin license.
