To ensure secure and streamlined synchronisation with ToW and MyMinFin, it is essential to create a digital key via CSAM. This digital key guarantees secure and efficient data access and management. The setup process involves a few simple steps to help you create and activate your digital key.

Create your digital key and automatically synchronise with ToW and MyMinFin.

Log in to create your digital keys

Click on "Log in" button and login via Itsme.

Set up user name and password

  1. Choose 'username and password' and create a new username and password if necessary.
  2. Activate user name and password.

Set up  security codes

  1. Go to 'My digital keys'→'security code via mobile app'→'Activate new mobile app'.


  2. Change the e-mail address and click on the button 'Next'.
  3. Install an authenticator app (such as Duo Mobile or Google Authenticator) and scan the QR code or enter the code manually.
  4. Scan the QR code with your mobile app or enter the code manually. Then, type the security code you received in your app.  Note the 32-digit code for later connection in Silverfin.

Integration with Silverfin

  1. Go to 'My digital keys'→'security code via mobile app'→'Change'.
  2. Change the name to Silverfin and click 'Save'.

Follow these steps carefully to ensure that your digital key is correctly set up and synchronised, enabling secure and efficient integration with Silverfin.

User name and password recovery

Did you already set up  username and password but have forgotten these details? Follow the steps below to set up a new username and/or password. 

Set up user name and password

  1. Go to Digital Key activation page.
  2. Enter your e-mail address associated with your account.
  3. Click on 'change' and follow the instructions.

Note your credentials

  1. Make sure to write down your new username and password.
  2. You will need the credentials later to start synchronisation in Silverfin.

Integration with Tax-on-Web (ToW)

Once you performed all the steps and created a digital key via CSAM,  you can proceed with activating integration with TOW in Silverfin. Detailed instruction can be fund in the following article..
